外接式DVD燒錄器 USB 2.0 或 USB 3.0 的介面速度上會有差嗎？

請問各位最近換了臺筆電但沒有內置 DVD，需要買一臺外接式DVD燒錄器，看了一下規格，不管是 USB 2.0 or USB 3.0， 絕大部份都是 8x 讀寫 DVD，請問這樣買 USB 2.0 或 USB 3.0 的介面速度上會有差嗎？

很奇怪的是外接式DVD燒錄器在市場上用 USB3.0 的非常少...
