衣服褪色就是品質不好的衣服嗎？

小弟都是用臉盆浸泡後，用蓮蓬頭把泡沫打乾淨，於是心裡就在想：

怎麼這件牛仔褲、這件衣服會褪色，是他在染的時候的問題嗎？

此外小弟很少買衣服，那以後買衣服要如何分辨品質好壞？

還是說有什麼網站，有介紹各種有公信力的品牌衣服，又不是很貴名牌？
