親民黨立委林正二因賄選判刑定讞，親民黨立院黨團因人數不足面臨解散，積極籌組政團。無黨籍立委陳雪生今（19）日接受NOWnews《今日新聞》訪問表示，「親民黨說林正二被政治迫害了，我加入也會死，我去惹這個麻煩做什麼？」

陳雪生指出，「親民黨與國民黨的高層先去談吧！我靜觀其變，暫時保持現狀。」他坦言，過去1年，他提的法案，國民黨都支持，此為馬祖人的福祉。

陳雪生表示，他如果加入親民黨的政團，將來提的法案可能都過不了關，即使再加民進黨40席，法案也是不會過，這是馬祖鄉親的福祉問題，他必須慎重。

陳雪生還說，馬祖鄉親認同他用無黨籍參選，而他的支持者明年也有意參選議員與其他選舉，他若加入親民黨的政黨，擔心會有狀況。

陳雪生認為，林正二有政黨的支持都自認被迫害了，而他是一個人，若跟親民黨組政團，不就更慘，無需去惹這個麻煩。
