【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘冤死案，國防部原本拒絕第三方司法單位協同調查，而最新消息傳出，只要地檢署願意偵辦，國防部跟軍法單位都會破例配合，相關證物也會保存。

據《壹電視》報導，國防部表示，只要地檢署願意偵辦，國防部跟軍法單位都會破例配合，相關證物都會保存，並會修正1985申訴機制，會立即請軍團級單位處理，而國防部也將在九點公開說明。
