戰車輾不賠！小兵腿殘　控軍不顧死活

下床想站起來，這個從前再簡單不過的動作，現在對邱顯隆來說，難上加難，腿上一大片一大片，凹凹凸凸的傷痕，是經過好幾次植皮手術的痕跡，一雙腳，長度差了4、5公分。

2012年12月17日，海軍陸戰隊66旅戰車營，在新竹坑子口靶場進行火砲演練後，撤收轉換陣地，一輛M60A3戰車疑似因為天色昏暗，撞上前方後勤指揮官和4名彈藥補給士兵，造成1死4傷，邱顯隆的腳幾乎被輾斷，如今，大半年過去了，還必須待在醫院。

父母心疼也茫然，不知道20幾歲的孩子未來該怎麼辦？因為至今連一毛賠償金都沒拿到，軍方說只負責第三方責任險，將來役期期滿後，將由保險公司理賠，部隊不再派看護兵，民事賠償部分，則是要自行向被判刑的車長和戰車駕駛索賠，賠償對邱家來說，只剩遙遙無期的官司路。
