【王烱華／台北報導】陸軍第六軍團542旅義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示，她徹夜觀看關鍵80分鐘檔，根本是沒檔案，軍檢跟調查局鑑識有出入。國防部最高軍事檢察署檢察長曹金生少將下午在國防部記者會中表示，調查局提供給軍檢的是一份報告及一片光碟，其中「關鍵80分鐘」檔案沒有消失，但是是黑畫面，沒有人為刪除，也不是自動停止。

曹金生強調，當時除了8、9、10三支外，另外13支，共16支的監視畫面，都是「陸續停止錄影動作」。
