【潘岳／宜蘭報導】涉嫌將陸軍下士洪仲丘凌虐致死的269旅禁閉室管理士陳毅勳，經軍事法院昨晚裁定15萬元交保後，連夜歸建位於宜蘭市金六結營區的原服務單位陸軍蘭陽指揮部，並於今天零時許回到蘭指部。

蘭指部政戰主任曾仁政表示，暫時不會安排勤務給陳毅勳，且基於安全起見，安排同袍24小時陪伴他，同時施以心理輔導。【更多精彩內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
