那就剩下兩個問題

1.你的軟體故障，某些參數跑了，存檔時演算出紕漏
　這樣的可能性機率似乎不大，但可換個軟體試試看

2.你的來源檔案太大
　所謂"大小"，是相對詞。
　如果來源檔案是BMP或psd格式，轉存JPG後檔案變小是一定的，不管你品質設多大也一樣。
　沒有人在嫌棄檔案小的，會嫌棄的是相片品質變差，差到不符用途、令人無法接受。

由你的po文看不出是否因壓縮而不堪使用，如果檔案足敷使用，又何必在乎它變小？
