公車司機肇事逃逸 遭判6個月徒刑

駕駛台北市286線公車的陳姓司機，去年3月晚上停靠信義路公車站時，未注意到胡姓乘客還沒雙腳踏上車，隨即關門駛離，車門夾住乘客左腳，當場失去平衡、倒地受傷，他非但沒下車協助，還直接將公車開走。台北地院審理後，法官認定他觸犯肇事逃逸罪，但審酌他認罪賠償，最後只判他6個月徒刑，並宣告緩刑2年。
