洪仲丘手機已經由同袍交還給家屬，軍檢目前正在追查這位同袍，洪慈庸今天表示，洪仲丘的兩支手機及1支MP3都已回到家屬手中，但是弟弟的筆記本不知去向？她認為軍檢的重點應該是針對沒有找回的遺物做調查，而不是把重點放在「死角」。

洪仲丘不幸死亡，他的手機被同袍送出營區，交給家屬，這也讓洪仲丘的求救簡訊得以曝光，不過，傳出軍檢通知相關人到憲兵隊，要追查將手機送出交給家屬的是誰？對此，洪慈庸表示，洪仲丘的兩支手機及1支MP3都已回到家屬手中，但是弟弟的筆記本不知去向？她認為軍檢的重點應該是針對沒有找回的遺物做調查，而不是把重點放在「死角」。

洪慈庸說，家屬收到的遺物很簡單，書籍以及衣物，看不出有更多的東西在裡面，這方面已經無從查證，只能就家屬所知道的，還有筆記本、以及大兵手記，可以儘快拿出來。

此外，洪慈庸也認為，五四二旅跟二六九旅兩名參謀主任，在洪仲丘關禁閉公文上都有簽章，卻不見軍檢傳訊瞭解。
