找了很多資料可是還看不太懂所以就來這裡詢問大大的意見

我在德國留學一年拿的是長期學生簽證
中間有去很多國家也敗了許多東西

德國是要三個月內的物品才能退稅
那麼留學生也可以退稅嗎? 有需要辦理甚麼證件出是給海關看嗎?

煩請大家解惑了
