我在台北也騎擋車~
基本上要是超過60秒的紅綠燈我都會熄火...
預留5-10秒來發動引擎就好了! (要這看車況)

有時也會有發不起來尷尬的情況!
所以車太久沒騎電瓶沒力時我就不會熄火~
騎一段時間(30分鐘)後就沒問題了

起步慢一點我是覺得還好啦! 但保護地球才是更重要的!
