從小體態就是圓嘟嘟的
大骨架搭配圓圓臉是我將從小到大給人的第一印象
美妝店工作的時候，因為身材的關係，沒辦法站在服務台前服務客人
只能被分派到文具部做勞力，被當男的用
只要有搬貨、文具上架的工作，都會被欽點。
長期下來還是會自卑，心情也不好，
曾經禁食，連續幾天不吃東西只喝水。
雖然快速瘦了3公斤，不過很傷身
而且正常吃一餐之後，體重又都回來了
直到在網路上中找到窈窕開關
透過均衡營養和熱量控制減重
從65瘦到54公斤，大腿都變細緻了
3個月後終於恢復健康和自信
現在已經瘦成漂亮的纖美人。
