前女友最近向法院申請更生法,但不知為何我會收到地方法院民事執行處涵?發現她的聲請人之債權清冊有一筆信用卡上債權之發生原因:朋友借款!卡不是我半的錢也不是我用的為何法院還寄這正本給我?我該怎麼做?可以不理這份公文嗎?請幫幫我!我又沒跟她借錢在一起時還幫她還卡債分開三年她都結婚生子了!現在她又來這招請懂法律人告訴我該如何反擊!白天要上班我可以請親人幫我跑法院嗎?要準備什麼?
