請問手機移轉帳單問題~~~~~~~~~

我7月中時去通訊行用台灣攜碼到遠傳~
當天去台灣辦解約~也把該負的錢復了~之後因為停了所以沒網路
通訊行就請我去跟台灣說幫我開網路

一直到最近收到門號帳單4千多塊~沒有扣到上網的錢(原本是台哥大上網吃到飽)
所以我就打去台灣問他是說解約那天後就算0月租了
但是通訊行是說應該是他們沒幫我開網路所以才那麼高~
請問哪個是對的??
當初通訊行也沒說清楚就叫我去找他們幫我開網路...
我該怎麼解決呢?
我已經攜到遠傳了...那個台灣的帳單不繳會怎樣嘛??
