請問 懂得 兒少性交易法

如果在安置於 緊急安置場所中 脫逃
是逃到滿18就沒事了嗎?
還是他有個追訴期?
我問警察怎麼跟我說逃到滿18就可以銷案了?
到底是??
真的有這麼簡單嗎?
