【綜合報導】軍事審判法修正條文今天起實施，台灣司法史上最大規模移監今晨展開，254軍犯同步移監11處法務部所屬監獄；國防部台南軍事監獄的囚犯進行移監，天未亮就有大貨車先進入軍監，憲兵、警察、霹靂小組荷槍實彈押運並戒護車隊。首批移監者在6時15分由台北監獄的巴士接走，並由2輛警車前導、及2輛武裝憲兵車輛隨行戒護。
