【短片】西研發　自我修復聚合物

【綜合報導】西班牙電子化學技術中心(CIDETEC)研發出可以自我修復的彈性熱凝物，稱為「終結者」(Terminator)，將這種物質切成對半重新接合，在室溫下靜置2小時後，切痕雖然還在，但對半的物質又重新合而為一，研究人員用力拉扯也不會裂開。

研究人員表示先前研發可以自我修復的彈性矽膠，還是需要外力協助才能修復，但現在成功研發出的彈性熱凝物，不只成本較低可開發成商業用，不須任何外力像是加熱或燈照，就能自我修復。
