為了加入中德雙方合作發展進程，日前中國政府發改委已經正式批准德國DAIMLER集團（下轄包括M-BENZ汽車等品牌）正式持有12％北京汽車集團股權，這也讓今年年初DAIMLER與北汽集團簽署合資協議有了正式法源上的依據，並且也加速接下來雙方合作進展。
