光芒挺進MLB美聯分區賽

美國職棒大聯盟(MLB)坦帕灣光芒隊(Tampa Bay Rays)2日在外卡加賽中，以4比0擊敗克里夫蘭印第安人隊(Cleveland Indians)，取得美國聯盟分區賽(American League Division Series)資格，將與第一種子波士頓紅襪隊(Boston Red Sox)爭奪晉級的門票。

美聯分區賽是美國職棒大聯盟季後賽的第一輪比賽，決定哪兩支球隊可以挺進美聯冠軍賽。分區賽是由3個分區的冠軍以及外卡(戰績最好的第二名)，進行2個5戰3勝制的系列賽。

光芒隊將於4日起在紅襪隊主場芬威球場(Fenway Park)，與紅襪展開對戰；底特律老虎隊(Detroit Tigers)也將在同一天，在奧克蘭運動家隊(Oakland Athletics)的主場，與運動家進行廝殺。
