標題[閒聊] 現在離職會不會太傻!?

大約再撐三個多月就可以領到年終獎金以及分紅獎金，不過我的體能狀況已經到了臨界點，礙於某些同事生病、車禍，休養至少要半年以上才會好，導致部門一下子少了好多戰力，上層也不補人，主管每天上班都在上網，根本不管部門員工的死活，上層交代要改貨或者怎樣，主管也都是一昧的說好，根本不考慮僅存的戰力是否能負擔這些工作量，最近幾個月就是永無止盡的加班，做六休ㄧ，加上工作又是粗活居多，大家基本上已經瀕臨快潰堤的階段，我是超想離職，因為健康的身體不是那幾萬塊得的到，而且幫這種爛主管賺錢、拼績效真的很不值得。只是現在我覺得很茫然，沒什麼一技之長，加上台南很多傳產都爛到不行，每次打開人力銀行，請人的老是那幾間，讓我頓時不知道路該怎走，離職又怕找到更爛的工作不離職身體是一天天的變差最近每天的心情都很低落，真的很煩。希望大家能給我個建議! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.130.84
