標題[問題] NEW ONE送修回來網路變很慢

如題,九月中送修NEW ONE紫光問題. 過了一個星期總算收到手機.開始使用後紫光問題沒了. 只是在下載app的速度變很慢,就30幾MB差不多要半個多小時. 拿到門市去問,門市小姐幫我重新啓動開機幾次,就變正常了. 但不到一天的時間,又變龜速了.打電話給客服,客服小姐請我去設定網路那勾選wcdma. 設定完速度又正常了,不到一星期,又變龜速了.這時候我和同事, 用同家電信下載同個軟體.他的都快跑完了,我還在幾%,後來互換sim卡. 換他的sim卡在我的手機上也變成龜速了.而我的sim卡在他那手機就正常. 打電話給客服,他請我回覆原廠設定.我回覆後就又正常了. 只是不到一星期,又變成龜速了.就又要重新啓動個幾次,才又正常. 打給客服,客服說,回復原廠設定是正常的話, 那有可能是我下載的軟體影響到的. 只是我沒什麼在玩遊戲,就用line或bbs而已.下載的和之前紫光那隻差不多. 但之前都不會遇到這種問題,而且有時候要撥電話出去,都會直接跳掉,也打不進來. 這樣子的情況,不知道是否有版友也有遇過呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 202.39.226.12
