落實兩層級區域計畫　內政部提修法

【王家俊／台北報導】內政部部務會報下午通過「區域計畫法」部分條文修正草案，明定區域計畫包括全國區域計畫及直轄市、縣（市）區域計畫2層級，並修正健全非都市土地開發許可審議及民眾參與等機制，以解決現行都市計畫用地供過於求、各縣市自擬都市計畫太過零散等弊病。

內政部日前在例行記者會上宣布，為落實國土計畫法草案精神，在立法通過前，將依據現行區域計畫法精神，把現行北中南東四個區域計畫，整合為「全國區域計畫」及18個轄區內有非都市用地的「直轄市、縣（市）區域計畫」2層級。10月起將辦理公聽會，預計明年起陸續審議、核定及公告實施。
