小弟大學時作過三年的系辦行政助理最近有看到一些大學都有開約用人員的缺起薪是還OK有31K，但約用學士級最多只到40K 可能要成為正式聘任才能繼續升餉吧我自己幹過學校職的經驗：優：爽缺、跟著學生的作息、環境單純、可報加班費、永遠有助理可以support、比較不會勾心鬥角、心情比較年輕因為都跟學生接觸缺：業務很無聊、學生有的問題很天很煩，我以前還遇過性侵案的、薪水就很固定感覺一輩子就這樣了、沒前途想問問各位會考慮這樣的職缺嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.235.48
