【方翊倩／綜合報導】1名女學生十月中在PTT貼文，控訴男友不負責任，網友義憤填膺「人肉搜索」，讓男方資訊全都露，法官認為恐違反個資法。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，女學生以日記式文章，控訴男友害她懷孕墮胎、身心受創自殘，網友相挺，除公布男方系級、電話、照片，自稱「正義鄉民」還在宿舍寢室門上貼紙條。資深法官認為，恐已違反個資法，侵犯他人名譽權、隱私權，小心惹來官司。
