民進黨：雲林縣長初選民調 部分有疏失

民進黨雲林縣長初選激烈，日前民調結果出爐，由法務部前次長李進勇出線。不過，民調過程引發爭議，候選人之一、立委李應元日前去函民進黨中央要求調查民調疏失，並建議修訂黨內民調相關辦法，以健全黨後續選務發展。

民進黨民意調查委員會調查後指出，趨勢民調公司在設定監看部分「顯有疏失」，應給予罰款或停止委託；此外，現行「第一二三類公職候選人提名民意調查辦法」，對於防止誤導民調行為的規範「顯有不足」，委員會也決議增訂相關規定以維護民調公平性與準確性。

李應元陣營指出，執行民調的趨勢公司共四十六線電訪電話，但竟有高達廿六條線無法監聽；此外山水公司在民調過程也被發現有電訪員「登錄錯誤」。

民進黨中央指出，趨勢公司因安排訪員人數較多，導致有十四名訪員配合調度，在未監看前即已停止訪問，另因設定時間錯誤，並有十三名訪員在休息時登出電訪系統，導致僅有十九名訪員列入監看系統，委員會已決議應給予罰款或停止委託。另李應元建議也將列入黨內民調相關辦法的修正參考。
