災害潛勢預判資訊　最快明年供民眾參考

【許敏溶／台北報導】國家實驗研究院災害防救科技中心去年建置完成「災害應變決策輔助系統」，可供中央及地方救災指揮調度參考，災防中心主任陳亮全說，經過一年多使用整體評估不錯，未來將嘗試與各地的監測錄影機結合，預計明、後年開放提供一般民眾使用參考。

陳亮全說，複合型災害越來越多，包括2009年的莫拉克風災，為提供更多整合資訊供中央與地方政府參考，災防中心建立「災害應變決策輔助系統」，整合了雨量預報模式、淹水潛勢分析、土石流災害潛勢分析等，並根據氣象局發布的颱風路徑預報和降雨量預估，自動分析那些地區可能淹水或是發生土石流災情。

他說，這套系統效果不錯，目前仍只提供中央與地方單位作為救災指揮參考，尚未開放給民眾使用，未來結合更多即時影像資料，提供一般民眾使用參考，希望藉此提高民眾警覺。
