【吳慧芬／高雄報導】心肌梗塞患者死亡率高，平均有3成到院死亡，為及早確診，搶救生命，高雄市消防局今年3月起，在救護車設置心電圖檢查設備，將患者心電圖檢查影像即時到醫院師的手機上，到目前為止已在救護車上成功確診8名心肌梗塞患者，使他們到院時，即能直接進行心導管術，存活率因而提升至百分之百。
 
這套名為「即時無線傳輸12導程心電圖」，高雄市府不但率全台之先使用，更是亞洲第一個將此系統檢查影像，成功傳輸到醫師手機的亞洲的第一個城市。高榮指現屏東縣、台北市也有意跟進。
