FDIC, Fed, SEC表決通過伏克爾法則

美國金融監管機關聯邦存款保險公司（FDIC）、聯準會（Fed）與美國證管會（SEC），10日相繼表決通過伏克爾法則（Volcker rule），為五年來大幅改革華爾街邁出重大一步，也開啟美國更嚴格監管銀行的新時代。

FDIC和Fed都全體一致表決通過「伏克爾法則」，SEC則以3票對2票之差通過此案。

「伏克爾法則」針對銀行代客戶買賣證券訂定更嚴格的規定，且對鼓勵高風險交易的銀行業薪酬安排設限。

Fed也批准延到2015年7月才實施這套規定，但預期華爾街公司會在上述期限之前努力符合規定。
