彰化電鍍毒水案 8人羈押

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化12日電）檢方偵辦電鍍廠排毒廢水案，22名被告經複訊後，祥賀公司負責人張建雄等9人今天遭檢方聲押，8人獲准，1人獲法院20萬交保。

彰化地檢署檢察官循線查出，祥賀公司等10間五金以及電鍍工廠，涉嫌設置暗管排放含有毒物的廢水，檢警10日兵分多路出動200人前往搜索工廠以及公司負責人住處。

檢方另動用透地雷達以及挖土機等，尋找業者所埋設的暗管並進行開挖，另傳喚張建雄等22名被告進行偵訊，偵訊作業從昨天上午一直進行到今天凌晨才結束。

檢方表示，22名被告經複訊，對祥賀公司負責人張建雄等9人，以有滅證、串供之虞，向彰化地院聲請羈押禁見，法院裁定除1名蘇姓污水設備操作員獲新台幣20萬元交保，其餘8人聲押禁見獲准。1021212
