標題[問題] 中華電信提前14天續約問題

爬過文章只有一篇相關討論但似乎沒有結論網路上說法也很多自己目前的約是中華電信 iphone4s mpro兩年綁機約因為約這兩天就會到期所以想續大省333的不綁機方案，手機繼續用但是去門市辦理的時候櫃檯人員表示，必須要到期日之後的隔天才能夠辦理如果是購機約舊可以提早14天辦理問過直營門市以及神腦特約都是這樣的回答但是我不死心跑去問了線上客服客服卻很明確的直接問回答不論是否綁機、都可以提早14天辦理現在兩邊的回答不一樣，不知道哪邊才是對的不過門市那邊不願意幫忙辦理，當然就只能乖乖的期滿只是這樣就會有一天多的過渡期，實在有點不爽就是了XD 搞不懂中華電信怎麼這種東西都搞得亂七八糟啊錢都要給你賺了，提早讓我辦好是會怎樣啦... 不知道有沒有人續沒綁機約成功14天前續約的？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.115.101.1
