【短片】沈世宏：高市對日月光海放2套標準

【洪敏隆／台北報導】環保署長沈世宏今在立院接受媒體訪問時說，昨晚所查到的新事證，日月光這次被查獲10月5日利用海放管排放，日月光9月26就已提出緊急排放申請，高雄市政府卻遲遲沒有回函，但查2000年4月12日時日月光同樣向高市環保局申請海放，高市府卻有回函請日月光遵照經濟部加工區管理處辦理，同樣的申請卻是兩套標準，希望高雄市長陳菊查明，對外說明清楚。

對於媒體追問是否代表日月光沒有排污的行為？是否不需要停工？沈世宏沒有正面回應，只說要請高市府深入了解，將看到的事證做詳細說明。

沈世宏說，高雄市政府稱日月光的海放管排放視為暗管排放，但同樣的公文申請模式，2009年4月22日高市環保局回覆日月光公文，要求日月光依照經濟部加工區管理處辦理，廢水檢驗數據附給高雄市環保局。
