騎自行車酒駕、講手機　最重罰6百元

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午三讀通過《道路交通管理處罰條例》修正案，新增條文規範自行車族，包括若在行進間以手持方式使用行動電話、電腦或其他相類功能裝置，進行撥接、通話、數據通訊或其他有礙駕駛安全行為，或是酒精濃度超過規定標準，可處3百元到6百元罰鍰。若拒絕酒測，還可以處1千2百元罰鍰。

自行車行經行人穿越道或行使至交叉路口轉彎時，未讓行人優先通行，同樣也可以處3百元到6百元罰鍰。

而為保障自行車族用路權，修法也規定，汽車駕駛人若佔用自行車專用道，可處6百元到1千8百元罰鍰。
