提升存活率　新北首創行動急診室

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市消防局整合119派遣、急救及到院治療，使得去年OHCA存活率達26.9％，居五都之冠，今年更進一步首創與12家責任醫院合作建立「行動急診室」，並於今天簽署合作備忘錄，目前已經有14個消防分隊設有配備，行動急診室必備的先進雲端生理監視器設備，預計明年底可以達到22台的目標。

消防局指出，救護人員抵達現場急救時，利用生理監視器判斷病人情況，只要有2G訊號的地方，透過資訊雲端設備，就可以將病患的影音及生理資訊同步傳送醫院，縮短臨床路徑治療時間，讓心肌梗塞、急性腦中風、心肺功能停止及重大創傷等急症患者，存活率有效提升。
