什麼是有機葡萄酒呢?

就是在葡萄的栽種過程中，完全遵循自然生態法則，絕不使用化學肥料、農藥及除蟲劑等有害人體的物質；在之後的釀製過程裡，更不添加硫化物及其他化學物質(如血清白蛋白糊或骨膠糊等)。以避免引起過敏、宿醉、頭痛等的不適；而為了不使用任何清潔劑，以致葡萄酒的釀製設備都只能以熱水沖洗。有機葡萄酒讓葡萄酒還原葡萄的天然果香，回復無農藥時代的自然與健康。
適量的喝酒對健康有幫助，但是要喝對好酒，而且不能過量喔。
