菲律賓東南部暴雨成災 至少13死

菲律賓國家減災風險管理委員會(National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council)發言人巴里多(Reynaldo Balido)今天(13日)表示，菲國東南部地區連日暴雨造成水災和土石流災情，至少已經有13人喪生，7人下落不明，數千人被迫逃離家園。

巴里多說，死亡的13人當中，有6人是在康波斯特拉谷省(Compostela Valley Province)。另外7人則是在東達沃省(Davao Oriental province)。

巴里多表示，暴雨至少影響了10個省份的13萬2千多人，但目前仍然不清楚有多少人撤離家園。

不過根據地區防災官員莫索(Liza Mazo)表示，在連下兩天暴雨後，在週末期間，至少有4個省份的1萬多人逃到安全地區。這個地區在2012年12月也曾遭遇嚴重水災，當時至少有2千人喪生或失蹤。
