大樓七樓的嗡嗡聲

大家好，我們家現在住的地方是十四樓高的大樓，裡面的七樓
家裡主臥室的那個房間偶爾會傳來嗡嗡聲

聲音頻率非常不固定，感覺像是從樓上傳來的
可是已經確認過並不是樓上，而且樓上的主臥並不會有這種聲音
因為非常不固定、而且有時候甚至能持續一整個晚上
所以判斷應該不是抽水馬達

那個嗡嗡聲偶爾又會有高低起伏、好像機器運作一樣的那種變化
這樣的低沉噪音讓人根本沒辦法好好睡覺，光聽都會頭疼

想請問可能是怎麼樣的原因導致的？
或是有什麼辦法處理嗎？
