美國一架聯合航空客機16日從紐瓦克國際機場飛往北京，起飛後碰到亂流，返回機場，過程中五位機員受輕傷，主要是碰傷和瘀青。紐約與紐澤西港務局發言人說，聯合航空89航班16日下午起飛45分鐘後，返回原機場降落。聯航表示，班機上有乘客189人、機員16人。沒有乘客受傷。
