遊覽車司機爬到領隊床上 判刑

50多歲姚姓遊覽車司機被控載客在南投旅遊期間，當晚飯店房間不足，司機被安排和女性領隊睡同房，有二張床，半夜司機涉嫌爬上領隊床上猥褻，領隊傳簡訊「司機半夜爬到我床上」給好友，一審依強制猥褻罪判他徒刑一年，司機不服上訴，台中高分院今天駁回上訴。
