標題[閒聊]當總教練第一年戰績太差 就無法翻身?

中職好像不少人第一次當總教練 因為戰績差被拉下來後 就再也當不了總教練 也不是總教練個人的問題是球隊的本質太差 造成球隊墊底 例如興農的黃忠義 胡長豪 兄弟的吳思賢 林百亨 反倒是有些人帶強的球隊拿到一次總冠軍 跟球員溝通不良被拉下來後 還能去別隊當總教練 例如義大的曾智偵 各位怎麼看這種現象? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.25.118.162
