2014年3月3日，JAL（日本航空）集團開展了由女員工撐起航運業務大半邊天的「女兒節航班」活動。

3月3日是日本的「女兒節」，JAL每年這時候都會舉辦這一活動，2014年已經是第6次。此次的「女兒節航班」，是10時05分從東京（羽田）起飛前往大分的航班，在登機門前，不僅飛行員、空乘和地勤，就連航務、調度、加油、配餐等多個工種的女員工也齊聚一堂。
