副總統吳敦義今天表示，大陸已是台灣最大出口國，一定要顧好這個最大的籃子，兩岸服貿協議簽署不能不急，不能不快馬加鞭。

「第22屆台灣精品獎暨金銀質獎」今天舉行頒獎典禮，邀請副總統吳敦義及經濟部長張家祝頒獎並致詞。

台灣精品選拔自民國82年辦理以來，已邁入22年，選拔標準依據研發、設計、品質、行銷及台灣產製等5個項目進行評選。

副總統表示，「雞蛋不能放在同一個籃子」是常識，一定要多找幾個有未來性、穩定的籃子，大陸加香港目前占台灣出口近4成，為分散市場，政府這幾年也大力拓展東協等新興市場。

他表示，以後加上跨太平洋夥伴協定（TPP）和區域全面經濟夥伴關係（RCEP）成員國，比重更高達80%，一定要先顧好最大的籃子。

他說，兩岸經濟合作架構協議（ECFA）生效後，2010年台灣透過早收清單取得539項產品關稅優惠，讓台灣比韓國取得部分領先。

副總統強調，韓國一直在下猛藥，一旦今年底或明年初陸韓自由貿易協定（FTA）生效，台灣卻因服貿爭議卡關、貨貿談判無法推動，出口至少會有7000多種商品遭受衝擊「要吃虧」。(中央社)
