王小棣談反核　「警察不是看門狗」

文化部推出《閱讀時光》，將10部文學作品拍成30分鐘的節目先後在國家地理頻道、台視播出，導演王小棣負責執導《行走的路》、《電氣街》2部作品，希望吸引更多人回去看小說。

支持反核的王小棣也被問到反核議題，她稱林義雄是反核前輩，做了幾十年的反核鬥士，「他開始在做的時候，我沒關心，也不了解，是羞愧的。」她認為林義雄展現對自己的信念，是很棒的風範，就像「不要核四56運動」，是溫柔而堅定的。

王小棣也提到警察用水注驅離民眾的畫面有點荒謬，「我拍過《波麗士大人》，警察無法幫助雙方溝通，被政府拿來擋住人民衝撞。」但她認為「警察不是看門狗，應該請他們（政府、政治人物）自己找保全，我很不解為何警要去保護劉政鴻的家。」王小棣最後呼籲，「警察應該保護溝通者安全，不應該是阻擋人民表達意見的人牆。」（陳幼英/台北報導）
