今天摔車，骨頭斷三根，請大家小心駕駛，減速慢行！

當時騎下坡，時速近40公里，應該是騎到路上大石頭，加上下坡，整個人飛出去，摔很慘，請家人送醫院，左肩骨斷一根，左肋骨2根，幸好骨頭沒移位，不用手術，只需固定2個月等骨頭長好。右手沒事，一些輕微擦傷。也能走路。現在人在醫院觀察一天。

醫生說我很幸運，騎單車的他常碰到摔的斷手斷腳的。

請各位騎車千萬不要貪快，尤其下坡路段，畢竟我們只是業餘的，不需要這樣拚性命。還有記得要載安全帽。

不要遇到才知道怕。以台灣的路況，騎單車很危險！
