日本政府漏報640公斤鈽　足以製80個核彈

日本福島第一核電廠在2011年3月發生災變後，全國核電廠停止運作，當時投入核反應堆但未能使用的640公斤鈽，卻未列入每年向聯合國國際原能總署（IAEA）提交的鈽持有量報告。這些鈽足以製造80枚核彈，恐遭國際社會質疑。

日本共同社昨天報導，這次漏報的是九州電力公司玄海核電廠三號機組內的鈽。這些燃料2011年3月被投入反應堆，之後長期擱置，直到2013年3月才被取出。這些燃料至今仍存放在燃料池內，是IAEA的核查對象。

報導指出，雖然日本政府宣稱並非故意少報，但國內外專家紛紛批評日本政府認識不足。日本此前對外宣稱的鈽持有總量約為44噸，但若計入短報的數量，實際上有約45噸。　（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
