加拿大偶像「小賈斯汀」賈斯汀畢柏（Justin Bieber）今年1月因飆車與酒駕以及呼大麻，在邁阿密被捕，被控酒駕、使用過期駕照、危險駕駛和拒捕等罪名，媒體指出，他將承認危險駕駛罪，但其餘罪名不予起訴，改處以罰金和接受情緒管理課程。

美國「TMZ」網站報導，法官原想藉小賈斯汀名氣叫他宣導反毒活動，但被小賈的律師以「不適合」的理由拒絕，接著法官想叫小賈參加戒除酒癮及藥物的課程，他的律師則認為小賈並無濫用藥物的問題，如果接受該課程就代表他真有其罪，幾經協調後，法官改判他接受情緒管理課程，也不處以緩刑。（廖雪婷／綜合報導）
