請問屋頂做專業防水防熱工程與裝天花板輕鋼架哪個隔熱效果為佳？

我家是平房~普遍到了夏天就好像三溫暖一樣請問如果我裝了天花板上的輕鋼架隔熱板它的隔熱效果到底如何至少有沒有隔到3分之1 或者一半熱呢？裝完之後有沒有必要裝抽風機？

又或者選擇做屋頂防水防熱(如水泥膠膝之類)工程比較有隔熱的效用呢？懇請大大回答~~ 謝謝！！
