中東局勢趨穩 中油：油價Q3每桶108至110元

國際油價近期受到中東局勢影響，一度上漲，但中油今天表示，隨著頁岩油的開採挹注、中東局勢趨於穩定，第3季油價可望持穩在每桶108至110美元，但第4季還不明朗。

中油今天舉辦媒體餐敘，中油發言人張瑞宗在回答媒體詢問油價走勢時，發表上述看法。

國際油價近期攀高，主要原因是伊拉克爆發內戰，布蘭特原油每桶約在108至112元，WTI油價每桶約98至102美元。

對於國際油價後續走勢，張瑞宗今天表示，受到頁岩油的開採挹注，以及利比亞、伊拉克的局勢趨於穩定，第3季油價的上下浮動平均區間每桶約108至110美元。

張瑞宗表示，但第4季的油價還不明朗，還要再觀察入冬之後的氣候變化。
