一早地牛兩次翻身！中央氣象局表示，今（13）天早上8點58分許，宜蘭縣南澳鄉發生地震，芮氏規模3.5、深度16.4公里，各地最大震度中，以宜蘭縣南澳鄉4級最大；無獨有偶，花蓮縣秀林鄉稍早6點10分也發生芮氏規模4的小區域有感地震。

氣象局今天發布地震報告，宜蘭縣南澳鄉發生編號第93號的地震，震央位於北緯24.48度、東經121.79度，深度16.4公里、芮氏規模3.5；各地最大震度，宜蘭縣南澳鄉4級，花蓮縣和平鄉2級。

至於花蓮縣秀林鄉的小區域有感地震，震央位於北緯24.31度、東經121.75度，深度47.5公里、芮氏規模4；各地最大震度，宜蘭縣南澳1級，花蓮縣太魯閣1級。
