想DIY切在機殼上切一個約3*3公分的洞(側板被酷媽塔散頂到了) 希望便宜的工具

小弟先前組了一台電腦.
原廠的INTEL CPU散熱器非常的不給力
就買了一個Cooler Master Hyper 212x 塔散

像這樣...
看到了原本71度上下的CPU降到了53度感到欣慰的同時

悲劇的事情發生了..

我的機殼側板被那可恨的四根圓形突起物頂起來了
差了大概0.1~0.2公分的機殼長度

所以就想把側板被頂起的部分給裁切掉
但是個人只是個窮苦讀書生
並沒有太大的財力去買一些切割用的機器甚麼的
也沒有 什麼神友人知道怎麼切機殼

徵求各位大大提供一個隨便都可以買到的便宜切割機殼用工具 之類的

小弟我是第一次發文..
請各位大大鞭小力點

另外 機殼很薄 大概0.1公分以下左右
